St. Clair County / Ashville High School requires a written request and a $3.00 fee to mail or fax high school transcripts. 

 

 

Steps to take to have your transcripts sent:

 

1.  Print the “Official Transcript Request” form at the      

     bottom of this page.

      

2.  Fill the form out completely

 

3.  Mail the form along with $3.00 to

       Ashville High School

Once the request and the fee have been received, your transcripts will be sent.  All transcript requests will be sent within 5 business days.

 

 

Optional:

If you would like a receipt along with confirmation that your transcripts have been sent, please send a self-addressed stamped envelope along with the transcript request and fee.
